Y\u00f6netim kurulu, \u00fclkemizdeki mevcut makroekonomik ko\u015fullar (d\u00fc\u015fen enflasyon ve faiz ortam\u0131) \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan yat\u0131r\u0131m f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi amac\u0131yla y\u00fczde 100'\u00fcne sahip 100.000.000 TL sermayeyle anonim \u015firket nevinde bir gayrimenkul \u015firketi kurulmas\u0131na ve \u00fcnvan\u0131n\u0131n \u0130stanbul Kandilli Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m A.\u015e olarak belirlenmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda \u0130stanbul Kandilli Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Anonim \u015eirketi'nin kurulu\u015f i\u015flemleri tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olup, \u015firket, 14.01.2026 tarihinde \u0130stanbul Ticaret Sicil M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan tescil edilmi\u015ftir.''<\/p>\n
