Manisa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Besim Dutlulu ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131da g\u00fcndem maddeleri meclis \u00fcyelerinin oylar\u0131yla karara ba\u011fland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Geride kalan haftada iki \u00f6nemli olay ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ba\u015fkan Besim Dutlulu, bunlardan birinin ya\u011f\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Ba\u015fkan Dutlulu, \u201cBizim altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kapasitesinin \u00fczerinde bir ya\u011f\u0131\u015f oldu. Problemli yerleri takip ediyoruz, onlar\u0131n hepsine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretece\u011fiz. 400\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde personelle sahada olan t\u00fcm daire ba\u015fkanlar\u0131ma, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ma \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Hemen hemen t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za yeti\u015fmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Yeti\u015femedi\u011fimiz vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan da tekrar \u00f6z\u00fcr diliyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
\u0130kinci konunun ise toplu ta\u015f\u0131madaki yeni sistem oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015fkan Dutlulu, \u201cEskiden arac\u0131 \u015firketler kullan\u0131yorduk. Art\u0131k t\u00fcm ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kendimiz yap\u0131yoruz. Yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar, makinalar kendimize ait. Herhangi bir arac\u0131 yok. 4G teknoloji olacak. Bundan sonra hesap \u00fczerinden bir sistem olacak. Modern bir sistem kurduk. Genelde bu tip sistemlerin ge\u00e7i\u015fleri \u00e7ok sanc\u0131l\u0131 olur ama \u00e7ok ciddi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 olmadan tam anlam\u0131yla g\u00fczel bir sistem kuruldu. Bu bak\u0131mdan da Ula\u015f\u0131m Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za, Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131m\u0131za ve MANULA\u015e y\u00f6netimine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli projeler oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015fkan Dutlulu, \u201cGe\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda AK Parti Manisa Milletvekili Murat Baybatur bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131. Manisa Lisesi alt\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir otopark yapmak istiyoruz. Destekleri i\u00e7in kendisine \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz. Ben bu projenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. Projenin ihale a\u015famas\u0131na ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Manisa standartlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir otopark olacak. Turgutlu Ergenekon Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ve Akhisar Ay-y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ihale s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Saruhan Otel kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da proje ihale s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz. Eski Migros alan\u0131nda al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f i\u00e7in d\u00fckkanlar\u0131n, iki katl\u0131 yer alt\u0131 otopark\u0131n\u0131n, konutlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu ve Manisa\u2019n\u0131n en g\u00fczel en b\u00fcy\u00fck salonunun olaca\u011f\u0131 Ferdi Zeyrek K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi projemizin ihalesini de bu aylarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. Manisa\u2019ya hak etti\u011fi hizmeti in\u015fallah getirece\u011fiz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
