Bu projeksiyonlar kapsam\u0131nda, KDV hari\u00e7 toplam 135,2 milyar TL \u00f6n sat\u0131\u015f de\u011feri elde edilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, proje planlamas\u0131 haricinde portf\u00f6yde bulunan arsa stokunun sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan da yakla\u015f\u0131k 10,2 milyar TL seviyesinde gelir beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 adet yap\u0131m ve gelir payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ihalesinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlanmaktad\u0131r.
