\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB) taraf\u0131ndan bilimsel ilkelere dayal\u0131, \u015feffaf ve Koruma Kurulu onayl\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7le,\u00a0Karak\u00f6y Merzifonlu Kara Mustafa Pa\u015fa Cami\u2019nde rekonstr\u00fcksiyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyordu.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u0130BB Kent Tarihi Tan\u0131t\u0131m ve Turizm Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen rekonstr\u00fcksiyon s\u00fcreci, Koruma Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan proje \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ve bilimsel denetim alt\u0131nda planland\u0131. Bu kapsamda, Prof. Dr. Baha Tanman, Prof. Dr. Feridun \u00c7\u0131l\u0131, B\u00fcke Uras ve Prof. Dr. Kutay \u00d6zayd\u0131n\u2019dan olu\u015fan Bilim Kurulu\u2019nun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve y\u00f6nlendirmeleri do\u011frultusunda, yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc esas alan hassas bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131 uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131nda, arkeolojik kaz\u0131 titizli\u011fiyle caminin tarihi temellerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na odaklan\u0131ld\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te elde edilen bulgular do\u011frultusunda mevcut proje yeniden de\u011ferlendirilerek, yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn izleriyle uyumlu bir rekonstr\u00fcksiyon yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 benimsendi. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan yeni temel duvarlar\u0131, hem tarihsel veriler hem de m\u00fchendislik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan detayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde analiz edildi.<\/p>\n

Zemin g\u00fcvenli\u011fine ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, zemin mekani\u011fi verileri esas al\u0131narak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. Bu do\u011frultuda, Prof. Dr. Kutay \u00d6zayd\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerilen zemin enjeksiyonu y\u00f6ntemi uygulanarak zemin sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015flemleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Yap\u0131lan bu m\u00fcdahalelerle, olas\u0131 bir deprem durumunda caminin sa\u011flam bir zemine ve g\u00fcvenli bir temele oturmas\u0131 hedeflendi. \u00c7evresiyle birlikte g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilen zemin \u00fczerinde, mevcut temellerin korunmas\u0131 ve sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla m\u00fctemadi hat\u0131l uygulamas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rl\u0131klar tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n

S\u00fcre\u00e7 kapsam\u0131nda, beden duvarlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6r\u00fclmesine ge\u00e7ilmeden \u00f6nce zemin ve temel sistemlerinin b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bi\u00e7imde g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 esas al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu do\u011frultuda, hem yap\u0131sal g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hem de tarihi dokuya uygunlu\u011fu \u00f6nceleyen a\u015famalar planland\u0131; beden duvar\u0131 yap\u0131m s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli t\u00fcm teknik ve bilimsel haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 hedeflendi.<\/p>\n

Dan\u0131\u015ftay karar\u0131n\u0131n kesinle\u015fmesinin ard\u0131ndan, \u0130BB taraf\u0131ndan alanda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin raporlar, projeler, uygulama dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131 ve teknik veriler Vak\u0131flar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile eksiksiz bi\u00e7imde payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
