Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netim kurulu, \u00fclkemizdeki mevcut makroekonomik ko\u015fullar (d\u00fc\u015fen enflasyon ve faiz ortam\u0131) \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan yat\u0131r\u0131m f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi amac\u0131yla, \u015firketimizin y\u00fczde 100 oran\u0131nda pay sahibi olaca\u011f\u0131 bir ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131k kurulmas\u0131na, bu kapsamda \u0130stanbul Kandilli Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m A.\u015e \u00fcnvanl\u0131 \u015firketin 100.000.000 TL sermayeyle kurulmas\u0131na, kurulu\u015f sermayesinin ticaret siciline tescil edilmeden \u00f6nce \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan nakden \u00f6denmesine karar vermi\u015ftir.''<\/p>\n
