\u00d6zellikle muhtarlar\u0131n hizmet alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip oldu\u011funu kaydeden Ba\u015fkan Altay, \u201cVatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla diyalo\u011fun olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n tespit edilmesi, mahalledeki problemlerin bize bildirilmesi, garip gureban\u0131n g\u00f6zetilmesi gibi kutsal bir g\u00f6revi y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyorsunuz. Adeta bizim u\u00e7 beylerimizsiniz. Sizden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilgiler ve isti\u015farelerle mahallelerimizde ve \u015fehrimizdeki hizmetleri planl\u0131yoruz. \u0130n\u015fallah bug\u00fcn de T\u00fcrkiye'ye \u00f6rnek hay\u0131rl\u0131 bir i\u015fi, birlikte hem tan\u0131t\u0131p hem de bununla ilgili e\u011fitimleri alm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
