Ceylanp\u0131nar Devlet Hastanesi Acil Servisi\u2019ne kar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 \u015fikayetiyle ba\u015fvuran 17 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki hastada yap\u0131lan tetkikler sonucunda kist r\u00fcpt\u00fcr\u00fc ve bat\u0131n i\u00e7i yo\u011fun hemoraji (i\u00e7 kanama) tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

Acil operasyon karar\u0131 al\u0131nan hastaya, Ceylanp\u0131nar Devlet Hastanesi hekimlerinden Opr. Dr. Yunus \u00d6ztoprak ve Opr. Dr. Mustafa K\u0131ra\u00e7 taraf\u0131ndan kapal\u0131 y\u00f6ntemle (laparoskopik) cerrahi m\u00fcdahale ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Operasyonun anestezi y\u00f6netimi ise Uzm. Dr. Ay\u015fe Nurmen Ak\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen cerrahi i\u015flemde, hastan\u0131n reprod\u00fcktif (\u00fcreme) sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 \u00f6nceliklendirilerek yumurtal\u0131k ve t\u00fcplere zarar verilmeden kist eksizyonu ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ameliyat sonras\u0131 yap\u0131lan kontrollerde hastan\u0131n genel durumunun iyi oldu\u011fu, tam \u015fifa ile taburculu\u011funun planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
