Cedidiye Meydan\u0131\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan \u00d6zl\u00fc, \u201cBizim siyasi kadro olarak medeniyetimizi ihya etmek ve yeni bir medeniyet in\u015fa etmek gibi bir hayalimiz var. \u015eehirler, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayan insanlarla anlam kazan\u0131r. Ba\u015fkan \u00d6zl\u00fc, Cedidiye Camii \u00e7evresindeki d\u00fczensiz yap\u0131lar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, caminin minarelerinin yenilendi\u011fini ve meydan\u0131n daha ferah hale getirildi\u011fini ifade ederek, \u201cBirinci etab\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k; burada 20 d\u00fckkan ve peyzaj d\u00fczenlemesi bitti, minareleri yeniledik, ayd\u0131nlatma, iklimlendirme, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f tefri\u015fat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da modernle\u015ftirildi. \u0130kinci etab\u0131 se\u00e7im kitap\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda s\u00f6z verdi\u011fimiz gibi hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. Burada 24 adedi bodrum katl\u0131, toplam 49 i\u015fyeri olacak. Bu proje kendi kendini finanse edecek” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan \u00d6zl\u00fc, Millet Bah\u00e7esi-2 i\u00e7erisinde in\u015fa edilecek An\u0131t Eser K\u00fclt\u00fcr Evi Projesi\u2019ni de kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara tan\u0131tt\u0131. \u201cD\u00fczce\u2019de bir an\u0131t eserimiz yok\u201d diyen \u00d6zl\u00fc, \u201cBiz de g\u00f6\u00e7lerle b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir \u015fehiriz. 81 ilden getirilecek ta\u015flarla yap\u0131lacak bu bina, D\u00fczce\u2019nin b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici kimli\u011fini yans\u0131tacak. Bitti\u011finde herkes \u00f6n\u00fcnde foto\u011fraf \u00e7ektirmek isteyecek\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Toplant\u0131da i\u00e7me suyu altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na da de\u011finen \u00d6zl\u00fc, toplam 1 milyar 768 milyon TL + 45 milyon euro de\u011ferindeki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n kentin 50 y\u0131ll\u0131k su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
