Art\u0131r\u0131lan 650.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n ihrac\u0131 izahnamede belirtilen ko\u015fullar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tamamlanarak, bedelleri nakden ve tamamen \u00f6denmi\u015f olmas\u0131 sebebiyle, \u015firketimizin yeni \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi 1.300.000.000 TL&#039;ye y\u00fckselmi\u015f olup, esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin &#039;sermaye ve paylar&#039; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesine ili\u015fkin olarak uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bug\u00fcn Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kuruluna (SPK) ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
