K\u00fctahya Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan uygulamaya al\u0131nan Dijital \u0130mar Y\u00f6netim Sisteminin tan\u0131t\u0131m ve bilgilendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131, Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ey\u00fcp Kahveci\u2019nin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla yap\u0131ld\u0131. Toplant\u0131ya belediye birim m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri, mimarlar, m\u00fchendisler, yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131n\u0131n temsilcileri ile Duru Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri yetkilileri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kahveci, dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn imar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu belirterek,\u00a0\u201c\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f belediyecilik; zaman y\u00f6netimi, \u015feffafl\u0131k, kaynaklar\u0131n etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve vatanda\u015f\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 esas al\u0131r. Dijital \u0130mar Y\u00f6netim Sistemi bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n somut bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr\u201d\u00a0dedi.<\/p>\n
\u0130mar ve ruhsat s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde ya\u015fanan evrak yo\u011funlu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Ba\u015fkan Kahveci,\u00a0\u201cEvrak y\u00fck\u00fc, pafta \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 ve tekrar eden bask\u0131lar hem zaman kayb\u0131na hem de maliyet ve k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t israf\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yordu. Yeni sistemle bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 tamamen dijital ortama ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u201d\u00a0ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Yeni sistemle birlikte ruhsat ba\u015fvurular\u0131, proje kontrolleri, eksik bildirimleri ve onay s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin tek bir platform \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fini belirten Kahveci,\u00a0\u201cYap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131, proje m\u00fcellifleri ve belediye birimleri ayn\u0131 dijital ekran \u00fczerinden e\u015f zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131racak\u201d\u00a0diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan Kahveci,toplant\u0131n\u0131n sonunda Dijital \u0130mar Y\u00f6netim Sisteminin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde eme\u011fi ge\u00e7enlere te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek sistemin K\u00fctahya i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi.<\/p>\n
