Sulh hukuk mahkemelerinin g\u00f6rev alan\u0131na giren arabuluculuk uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131; sahadaki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, etkileri ve gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla birlikte de\u011ferlendirdiklerini belirten Bakan Tun\u00e7, alternatif uyu\u015fmazl\u0131k \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemleriyle anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131 dostane bir \u015fekilde, en az maliyetle ve makul s\u00fcrede \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n

Bakan Tun\u00e7, ihtiyari ve zorunlu arabuluculukta 2013\u2019ten bu yana; 8 milyon 925 bin ba\u015fvurunun, 5 milyon 307 binini anla\u015fmayla sonu\u00e7land\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131na de\u011finerek, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Yarg\u0131 Reformu Strateji Belgemizde yer verdi\u011fimiz hedefler do\u011frultusunda arabuluculuk sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenlemelerimizi, makul s\u00fcrede \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ilkesini merkeze alarak hayata ge\u00e7irmeye devam edece\u011fiz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
