Avrupa Birli\u011fi ile T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin ortak finansman\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda TKDK taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen IPARD Program\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, Erzurum\u2019da 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplam 22 proje ile s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzaland\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu projelerin toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131 300 milyon TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Hayata ge\u00e7irilecek yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla; A\u015fkale, Aziziye, Horasan, Kara\u00e7oban, Narman ve Tortum il\u00e7elerinde AB standartlar\u0131na sahip 9 modern hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fletmesi, \u0130spir ve Olur il\u00e7elerinde 2 su \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcretim tesisi, K\u00f6pr\u00fck\u00f6y ve Karayaz\u0131 il\u00e7elerinde 2 konaklama tesisi, K\u00f6pr\u00fck\u00f6y il\u00e7esinde 1 pelet \u00fcretim fabrikas\u0131 kurulacak.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca A\u015fkale, Karayaz\u0131 ve Narman il\u00e7elerinde 4 ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k \u00fcretim ve i\u015fleme tesisi, 1 s\u00fct i\u015fleme tesisi, Pasinler il\u00e7esinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc mekanizasyon altyap\u0131s\u0131na sahip 1 tar\u0131msal makine park\u0131, Oltu il\u00e7esinde ise 1 tar\u0131m makineleri \u00fcretim tesisi ile 1 ayakkab\u0131 \u00fcretim tesisi Erzurum ekonomisine kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan giri\u015fimcilere 102 milyon TL \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131rken, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara ise 200 milyon TL\u2019nin \u00fczerinde \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nden sonra ilk kez T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de uygulanan LEADER Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2. Etab\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Tortum-Uzundere, \u00c7at, \u015eenkaya ve Narman il\u00e7elerinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren 4 Yerel Eylem Grubu destek almaya hak kazand\u0131. Bu kapsamda s\u00f6z konusu derneklere, k\u0131rsal alanlarda be\u015f y\u0131l boyunca y\u00fcr\u00fctecekleri faaliyetler i\u00e7in tamam\u0131 hibe olmak \u00fczere toplam 1,47 milyon avro destek sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n
