Suriye Ordusu Operasyon Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Halep kentindeki \u015eeyh Maksud ve E\u015frefiye mahallelerinin bug\u00fcn saat 15.00\u2019ten itibaren kapal\u0131 askeri b\u00f6lge ilan edildi\u011fi bildirildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, s\u00f6z konusu mahallelerde tam soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 duyuruldu.<\/p>\n

Komutanl\u0131k, sivillerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u201cSivil halktan, SDG \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne ait mevzilerden uzak durmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemle rica ediyoruz\u201d ifadelerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada ayr\u0131ca, sivillerin tahliyesi ve insani ge\u00e7i\u015flerin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla iki g\u00fcvenli koridor olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu belirtildi. Buna g\u00f6re, El-Avarid Ge\u00e7idi ile Ez-Zuhur Caddesi Ge\u00e7idi, saat 15.00\u2019e kadar ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere g\u00fcvenli insani ge\u00e7i\u015f noktalar\u0131 olarak ilan edildi.<\/p>\n
