Ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yeni pay alma haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanma s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde kullan\u0131lmayan yeni pay alma haklar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen toplam 602.225,471 TL nominal de\u011ferli kalan paylar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n 06-07 Ocak 2026 tarihlerinde Tera Yat\u0131r\u0131m Menkul De\u011ferler A.\u015e arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e Birincil Piyasada sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.''
