T\u00fcm taraflar\u0131n, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u015eart\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilkeleri do\u011frultusunda Ukrayna\u2019da adil ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir bar\u0131\u015fa olan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131; Amerikal\u0131lar, Ukraynal\u0131lar, Avrupal\u0131 ve di\u011fer ortaklar aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler dahil olmak \u00fczere kaydedilen ilerlemeyi memnuniyetle kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen bildiride \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n
\u201cBu \u00e7er\u00e7evede koalisyon, Ukrayna\u2019n\u0131n kendini savunma kapasitesinin, yaln\u0131zca Ukrayna\u2019n\u0131n de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda Avro-Atlantik kolektif g\u00fcvenli\u011finin gelece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda a\u00e7\u0131k bir tutum sergilemi\u015ftir. Ukrayna\u2019n\u0131n egemenli\u011finin ve kal\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011finin bir bar\u0131\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi teyit edilmi\u015f; herhangi bir uzla\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, Ukrayna i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc g\u00fcvenlik garantileriyle desteklenmesinin zorunlu oldu\u011fu vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n
