Bu kapsamda haks\u0131z fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 denetimlerinde 2 bin 925 firma ve 35 bin 805 \u00fcr\u00fcn denetime tabi tutulurken, 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun kapsam\u0131nda 6 bin 495 firma ve 81 bin 626 \u00fcr\u00fcn kontrol edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan incelemelerde 2 bin 383 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edilerek ilgili firmalara toplam 7 milyon 544 bin 578 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lde lisansl\u0131 depoculuk alan\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir altyap\u0131 bulundu\u011fu, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla toplam 24 adet lisansl\u0131 deponun faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi bildirildi. Depolar\u0131n toplam kapasitesi 1 milyon 81 bin 600 ton olarak kaydedilirken, depolarda muhafaza edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn miktar\u0131 ise 975 bin 253 ton seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131. Ticaret \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan lisansl\u0131 depolarda denetimler ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kontrolleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilerek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin mevzuata uygun \u015fekilde muhafaza edilip edilmedi\u011fi de incelendi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcketici Hakem Heyetlerine 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplam 17 bin 763 ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ba\u015fvurular\u0131n toplam parasal de\u011ferinin 296 milyon 705 bin 179 TL olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bildirildi. Bu ba\u015fvurulardan 16 bin 118\u2019i karara ba\u011fland\u0131; kararlar\u0131n 8 bin 82\u2019si (y\u00fczde 50,2) t\u00fcketici lehine, 7 bin 269\u2019u (y\u00fczde 45,1) t\u00fcketici aleyhine ve 767\u2019si (y\u00fczde 4,7) g\u00f6revsizlikle sonu\u00e7land\u0131.
