Spor Bilimleri Uzman\u0131 Dr. Emrah \u00d6zdemir, sporcu beslenmesi ve toparlanma y\u00f6ntemleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi verirken, egzersiz profesyoneli Bekir Olmu\u015f spor sakatl\u0131klar\u0131ndan korunma konusunu ele ald\u0131. Hareket ve Antrenman Bilimi Uzman\u0131 Ebubekir \u00c7ift\u00e7i ise \u00e7ocuklarda diren\u00e7 antrenman\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel temellerini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
Program\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan Gemlik Belediyespor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Duran, bu t\u00fcr e\u011fitimlerin sporcular\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.
