Valilikten yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n

“\u0130limizde etkili olan yo\u011fun kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve buzlanma nedeniyle, ula\u015f\u0131mda ya\u015fanan olumsuzluklar g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla; 31.12.2025 tarihinden itibaren ikinci bir duyuruya kadar motokuryeler ve k\u0131\u015f lasti\u011fi bulunmayan t\u00fcm ara\u00e7lar\u0131n il genelinde trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

K\u0131ymetli vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan, can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan al\u0131nan bu karara duyarl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermelerini, k\u0131\u015f lasti\u011fi ve zinciri bulunmayan ara\u00e7larla trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kmamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemle rica ederiz.”<\/p>\n
