Bornova Belediyesi, y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde zab\u0131ta ekipleri ve g\u0131da m\u00fchendisleriyle\u00a0birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda, il\u00e7e genelindeki i\u015fletmeler kontrol edildi. \u00d6zellikle y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 ak\u015fam\u0131 yo\u011funluk ya\u015fanmas\u0131 beklenen e\u011flence ve yeme-i\u00e7me mekanlar\u0131 denetlendi.<\/p>\n

Denetimlerde i\u015fletmelerin hijyen ko\u015fullar\u0131, ruhsat durumlar\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn etiketleri ve son kullanma tarihleri ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde incelendi. Ekipler ayr\u0131ca yeni y\u00f6netmelik kapsam\u0131nda, mekan giri\u015flerinde ve masalarda men\u00fc ile fiyat tarifesi bulunup bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kontrol ederek t\u00fcketicinin a\u00e7\u0131k ve do\u011fru bilgilendirilmesini ama\u00e7lad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda 43 i\u015fletme denetlendi. Yap\u0131lan incelemeler sonucunda; 7 i\u015fletmeye hijyen ve fiyat denetimi kurallar\u0131na uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in para, 4 i\u015fletmeye rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7madan cezai i\u015flem uyguland\u0131. 5 i\u015fletmeye kurallara uymamaktan, 4 i\u015fletmeye ise men\u00fc ve fiyat tarifesi bulundurmamaktan i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
