S\u00f6z konusu proje kapsam\u0131nda, arsa sahipleri ile imzalanan protokol h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uyar\u0131nca, ihalede elde edilen arsa sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firket pay\u0131 toplam gelirinin y\u00fczde 80&#039;i arsa sahiplerine, y\u00fczde 20&#039;si ise \u015firketimize ait olacak \u015fekilde payla\u015f\u0131m esaslar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir.
