RT\u00dcK\u2019ten yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, 29 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihinde eylem haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olduklar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilen DEA\u015e ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc \u00fcyelerine y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen operasyonla ilgili olarak, yaz\u0131l\u0131, g\u00f6rsel ve i\u015fitsel bas\u0131nda yer alan baz\u0131 yay\u0131nlar\u0131n soru\u015fturman\u0131n gizlili\u011fini ihlal edici nitelik ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Bu nedenle s\u00f6z konusu olay ve soru\u015fturma dosyas\u0131na ili\u015fkin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc haber, r\u00f6portaj, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, payla\u015f\u0131m ve benzeri yay\u0131nlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na, mevcut i\u00e7eriklerin ise derhal yay\u0131ndan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, yay\u0131n yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n soru\u015fturman\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, kamu d\u00fczeni ve toplum g\u00fcvenli\u011finin korunmas\u0131 ile g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin g\u00f6revlerini etkin ve g\u00fcvenli bi\u00e7imde yerine getirebilmesi amac\u0131yla al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131. Karar\u0131n ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 nitelikte oldu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
RT\u00dcK, olay yerinden yay\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, operasyonun seyri, g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin konu\u015flanma ve m\u00fcdahale y\u00f6ntemleri ile soru\u015fturma s\u00fcrecini etkileyebilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, ses ve bilginin, resm\u00ee makamlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir kaynak arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a yasak oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n
Yay\u0131n yasa\u011f\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket edilmesi halinde, 6112 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ilgili mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulanaca\u011f\u0131, ihlal fiillerine ili\u015fkin m\u00fceyyide s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin gecikmeksizin i\u015fletilece\u011fi kamuoyuna duyuruldu.<\/p>\n
