Adalet Bakan\u0131 Y\u0131lmaz Tun\u00e7,\u00a011. Yarg\u0131 Paketiyle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fctleri taraf\u0131ndan bir ara\u00e7 olarak kullanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesini temel bir \u00f6ncelik haline getirdiklerini aktard\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu\u2019nun 220\u2019nci maddesinde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle, su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn faaliyeti \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde i\u015flenen su\u00e7larda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde \u00f6rg\u00fct y\u00f6neticilerine verilecek cezalar\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131ndan bir kat\u0131na kadar art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Bakan Tun\u00e7; \u00f6rg\u00fct kurma, y\u00f6netme ve \u00f6rg\u00fct \u00fcyeli\u011fi su\u00e7lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin hapis cezalar\u0131n\u0131n alt ve \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckselterek su\u00e7la m\u00fccadelede cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131rd\u0131kler\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Adalet Bakan\u0131 Tun\u00e7, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n

“\u00d6rg\u00fct kurma ve y\u00f6netme su\u00e7unun cezas\u0131n\u0131 5 y\u0131ldan 10 y\u0131la kadar hapis olarak yeniden d\u00fczenledik. \u00d6rg\u00fct \u00fcyeli\u011fi su\u00e7unun \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 5 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131 olarak belirledik.\u00a0\u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcn silahl\u0131 olmas\u0131 halinde uygulanan ceza art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da yar\u0131 oran\u0131nda olacak \u015fekilde g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdik.<\/p>\n

Yap\u0131lan bu d\u00fczenlemeler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fctleri taraf\u0131ndan istismar edilmesine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve net duru\u015fumuzu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hedefimiz; su\u00e7u kayna\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nlemek, su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kurutmak, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 su\u00e7un her t\u00fcrl\u00fcs\u00fcnden koruyan bir adalet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hakim k\u0131lmakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
