HKMO, klasik yol \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerinin yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, demiryolu, ak\u0131ll\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m sistemleri, otonom ara\u00e7lar ve u\u00e7an hava ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan yeni bir ula\u015f\u0131m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n
Raporda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klardan biri, G\u00fcney \u00c7evre Yolu Projesi oldu. Toplam 27 kilometrelik projenin t\u00fcneller, a\u00e7\u0131k yol ve viyad\u00fcklerden olu\u015fan \u00e7ok modlu bir sistem olarak tasarlanmas\u0131 \u00f6neriliyor. Projenin, seyahat s\u00fcresini azaltmas\u0131, transit trafi\u011fi kent d\u0131\u015f\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirmesi ve \u00e7evresel etkileri azaltmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
HKMO ayr\u0131ca kent i\u00e7i demiryolu ve banliy\u00f6 hatlar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesini; Kestel\u2013\u0130neg\u00f6l, Kestel\u2013Yeni\u015fehir Havaliman\u0131 ve G\u00f6r\u00fckle\u2013Teknosab\u2013Karacabey hatlar\u0131 ile h\u0131zl\u0131 tren ve t\u00fcnel projelerinin planlanmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyor. Bu sistemlerin sanayi, tar\u0131m ve yerle\u015fim merkezleri aras\u0131nda zaman ve maliyet avantaj\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n
HKMO, Bursa\u2019n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ici \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerle de\u011fil, bilimsel ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir planlarla a\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini belirterek, haz\u0131rlanan \u00f6nerilerin yetkili kurumlar taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmesini istedi.<\/p>\n
