Bu kapsamda ilk olarak, \u0130stanbul'un geli\u015fen akslar\u0131nda yer alan Ba\u015fak\u015fehir ve Tuzla il\u00e7elerindeki toplam yakla\u015f\u0131k 587.000 metrekare y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcml\u00fc arsa portf\u00f6y\u00fc, 18.020.000.000 TL (KDV hari\u00e7) bedel \u00fczerinden \u015firketimiz b\u00fcnyesine dahil edilmi\u015ftir. Sat\u0131n alma bedelinin \u00f6demesi, \u015firketimiz nakit ak\u0131\u015f dengesi g\u00f6zetilerek vadeli bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. Portf\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m ise \u0130stanbul'un en k\u0131ymetli lokasyonlar\u0131ndan Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y il\u00e7esi Zeytinlik Mahallesi'nde at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca finansal derinli\u011fi art\u0131rmak ve risk payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 esas\u0131na dayal\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir yap\u0131 kurmak amac\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye Emlak Kat\u0131l\u0131m Bankas\u0131 A.\u015e ile 'kar ve zarara kat\u0131lma (m\u00fc\u015fareke)' modeline dayal\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi protokolleri imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu portf\u00f6y geni\u015flemesinin finansman\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere, \u015firketimizin mevcut kredi limitleri dahilinde 4.000.000.000 TL tutar\u0131nda uzun vadeli finansman kayna\u011f\u0131 temin edilmi\u015f olup, bu kullan\u0131m \u015firketimizin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc likidite dengesini koruma stratejisinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.''
