Bahse konu hisse al\u0131m\u0131yla e\u015fzamanl\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 26.12.2025 tarihli ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131ndaki karar do\u011frultusunda, ICRON&#039;un sermayesi, yaln\u0131zca \u015ei\u015fecam Investment B.V taraf\u0131ndan 4.003.000 dolar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u015ftirak edilerek art\u0131r\u0131lacak olup, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 takiben \u015ei\u015fecam Investment B.V&#039;nin ICRON&#039;daki pay\u0131 kurucu ortaklardan devredilen hisseler de dahil olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 31,78&#039;e y\u00fckselecektir.
