Operasyonun, vatanda\u015flara ait ki\u015fisel verileri hedef alan ve kamu kurumlar\u0131na ait verilere yetkisiz eri\u015fim sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lanmaya y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011fu bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda, Ankara \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Siber Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerince \u0130stanbul ve Karab\u00fck\u2019te e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyonlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Operasyonlarda siber su\u00e7 \u015febekesine mensup 4 ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>M\u0130T taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemelerde, ki\u015fisel verilere yetkisiz eri\u015fim sa\u011flanarak yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 veri aktar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sistematik bir casusluk faaliyetine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tespit edildi. Elde edilen verilerin, ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ve organize su\u00e7 yap\u0131lar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan operasyonel ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131lmaya elveri\u015fli oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirildi. Operasyonlarda ele ge\u00e7irilen dijital materyaller adli bili\u015fim incelemesine al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/ekonomigundemi.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/452ee66cc9f7b1857008bbde77f5193f_1.jpg\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>MASAK\u2019\u0131n incelemelerinde ise yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 gelir trafi\u011finin kripto varl\u0131k transferleri \u00fczerinden gizlendi\u011fi ve \u00e7ok a\u015famal\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerle yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda 4 \u015f\u00fcpheli, 7545 say\u0131l\u0131 Siber G\u00fcvenlik Kanunu uyar\u0131nca tutukland\u0131.
