D\u00fczce Belediyesi\u2019nin modern pazaryeri projeleri kapsam\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc pazaryeri olan Tuhafiyeciler Pazaryeri ve Fuar Alan\u0131 ilerliyor.<\/p>\n

Belediyenin \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131yla finanse edilen \u00e7elik konstr\u00fcksiyon yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 tamamen sandvi\u00e7 panelle kapat\u0131l\u0131yor. Zeminde ise beton d\u00f6kme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Toplam 3 bin 800 metrekare alana sahip yap\u0131, 20 metre eninde, 190 metre boyunda ve 6 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011finde olacak. Her biri 3×5 metre \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerinde olacak 138 tezgah\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra pazaryerinde vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ve esnaf\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak bir\u00e7ok sosyal alan da bulunacak. Proje kapsam\u0131nda otopark alanlar\u0131, bay-bayan ve engelli tuvaletleri, bebek bak\u0131m odas\u0131, mescit, zab\u0131ta noktas\u0131 ve \u00e7ay oca\u011f\u0131 yer alacak.<\/p>\n
