Pazartesi ve cuma g\u00fcnleri Turgut \u00d6zal Spor Salonu\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen spor \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla \u00f6zel bireylerin kas geli\u015fimi, denge ve koordinasyon becerileri destekleniyor. Sal\u0131, per\u015fembe ve cumartesi g\u00fcnleri ise Adnan Menderes Kapal\u0131 Y\u00fczme Havuzu\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen y\u00fczme etkinlikleriyle hem fiziksel g\u00fc\u00e7lenme hem de suyla uyum becerilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
