BAL-G\u00d6\u00c7 Derne\u011fi\u2019nin kurucular\u0131 Ali Osman Cesur ve Z\u00fclkef Ye\u015filbah\u00e7e, \u015fube ba\u015fkanlar\u0131, y\u00f6re dernek temsilcileri, eski d\u00f6nem y\u00f6neticileri ve dernek \u00fcyelerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla bir bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi. Toplant\u0131da Prof. Dr. Fahriye Vatansever A\u011fca, BAL-G\u00d6\u00c7\u2019\u00fcn 20. Genel Kurulu\u2019nda y\u00f6netim kurulu ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na adayl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n
A\u011fca, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda derne\u011fin son y\u0131llarda \u00fcye kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve i\u00e7 i\u015fleyi\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli sorunlar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Genel kurul kat\u0131l\u0131m oranlar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken A\u011fca, bu durumun dernek ile \u00fcyeler aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131n zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
Kongre s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan A\u011fca, aidat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6deyen baz\u0131 \u00fcyelerin hazirun listelerinde yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, listelerin payla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve genel kurul tarihlerinin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir zaman diliminde belirlendi\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bu uygulamalar\u0131n demokratik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sorun olu\u015fturdu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n
A\u011fca, ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011fa se\u00e7ilmesi durumunda, dernekteki antidemokratik uygulamalara son vereceklerini ve \u015feffaf bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 getireceklerini vurgulad\u0131: \u201cGenel kurullarda oy kullanma \u015fart\u0131 olarak uygulanan aidat zorunlulu\u011funu kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. \u015eeffaf, hesap verebilir ve ula\u015f\u0131labilir bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. Gen\u00e7leri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 merkeze alan projelerle BAL-G\u00d6\u00c7\u2019\u00fc hepimizin derne\u011fi haline getirece\u011fiz.”<\/p>\n
A\u011fca, ayn\u0131 zamanda, genel ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revini en fazla iki d\u00f6nemle s\u0131n\u0131rlayacak bir t\u00fcz\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini de g\u00fcndeme alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu. “Bu dava, ki\u015fisel bir iktidar meselesi de\u011fildir.
