B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli planlamayla eski sistemin revize edildi\u011fini de belirten Ba\u015fkan Tugay, at\u0131lan ad\u0131mlar sonras\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6p sorununun tamamen ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
