Aras Elektrik Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi tadil metni SPK taraf\u0131ndan uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fle Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca izin verilen \u015fekli ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Aras Elektrik Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e genel kurulunca kabul edilmi\u015f olup, 23.12.2025 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmi\u015ftir.
