\u00c7ay\u0131rova Belediyesi K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve iki g\u00fcn s\u00fcrecek e\u011fitim program\u0131na; \u00c7ay\u0131rova Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 B\u00fcnyamin \u00c7ift\u00e7i, Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkanvekili Hasan Soba, mahalle muhtarlar\u0131 ve vatanda\u015flar kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Program\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan \u00c7ay\u0131rova Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 B\u00fcnyamin \u00c7ift\u00e7i, \u201cAfet denildi\u011finde \u00e7o\u011funlukla deprem akla geliyor ancak afetler yaln\u0131zca do\u011fal de\u011fil, insan kaynakl\u0131 da olabiliyor. Afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li \u015fehirler ve toplumlar olu\u015fturman\u0131n yolu e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7iyor. Bu noktada B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyemizin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma son derece k\u0131ymetli.
