S\u00f6z konusu standartlar, fotovoltaik (PV) mod\u00fcllerin kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca elektriksel g\u00fcvenlik, yang\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, mekanik sa\u011flaml\u0131k ve yap\u0131sal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011fe ili\u015fkin gereklilikleri kapsamakta olup, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin g\u00fcvenli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 temin etmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bu sertifikasyonlar, g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinin Kuzey Amerika pazarlar\u0131nda (ABD ve Kanada) sat\u0131\u015fa sunulabilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan zorunlu teknik uyumluluk kriterlerini belgelemektedir.
