Ordu Valisi Muammer Erol, beraberinde ilgili kurum y\u00f6neticileri ve uzmanlarla birlikte Alt\u0131nordu il\u00e7esi Kayadibi Mahallesi'nde a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan Bentonit oca\u011f\u0131, Karap\u0131nar Mahallesi'nde beton mamulleri \u00fcretim tesisi kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131, Sa\u011f\u0131rl\u0131 Mahallesi'nde a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan Riyolit oca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu alana giderek, \u00c7ED ba\u015fvurusunda bulunan yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ve i\u015fletmelerin taleplerini yerinde inceledi ve de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu.<\/p>\n
\u00c7ED ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n yerinde incelenmesi konusunda de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan Vali Erol, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n
\u201c2872 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131nda yer alan kamu ya da \u00f6zel projelerde, yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda, mevcut i\u015fletmelerin kapasite art\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda veya alan geni\u015fletmelerinde \u00c7ED raporu al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bu kapsamda yap\u0131lan \u00c7ED ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131, Ordu\u2019da g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131mdan buyana yerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcp, de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Daha do\u011fru ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kararlar verilebilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00c7ED ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 ilgili kurum y\u00f6neticilerimiz ve uzmanlar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte yerinde inceliyoruz. Karar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da ona g\u00f6re veriyoruz. B\u00f6ylece yap\u0131lan i\u015flemlerde bir teredd\u00fctte mahal verilmemi\u015f oluyoruz. Bu uygulamam\u0131z\u0131 bundan sonra da t\u00fcm \u00c7ED ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz.”<\/p>\n
