Sistemin amac\u0131, \u00fcyelerin uzun kuyruklar beklemeden veya yetkililere ba\u015fvurmadan Genel Kurul\u2019a kat\u0131l\u0131m durumlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesini sa\u011flamak ve olas\u0131 hata veya kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek.<\/p>\n
