Pakette ayr\u0131ca AB\u2019de \u00fcretilen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck elektrikli ara\u00e7lara y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli te\u015fvikler yer al\u0131yor. Avrupa otomotiv sanayisinin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rmak ve k\u00fcresel rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefleyen paket kapsam\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok alanda at\u0131fta bulunulan \u201cMade in EU \u2013 AB\u2019de \u00dcretilmi\u015ftir\u201d vurgusu korumac\u0131 bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve \u00e7izerken T\u00fcrkiye otomotiv sanayisinin ihracat\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015f ticaret dengesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli riskleri \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin toplam ihracat\u0131nda y\u00fczde 17 pay ile sekt\u00f6rel bazda en y\u00fcksek ihracat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren otomotiv sanayisi, ihracat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 60\u2019dan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB) \u00fclkelerine ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. Bu nedenle Otomotiv Paketi T\u00fcrk Otomotiv Sanayisi ve \u00fclke ekonomisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Tu\u0308rkiye otomotiv sanayisine yo\u0308n veren 13 u\u0308yesiyle sekto\u0308ru\u0308n c\u0327at\u0131 kurulus\u0327u konumunda olan Otomotiv Sanayii Derneg\u0306i (OSD) Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cengiz Eroldu a\u00e7\u0131klanan paket ile ilgili olarak \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u201cAvrupa Birli\u011fi otomotiv sanayisinin rekabet\u00e7ili\u011fini korumak amac\u0131yla bir dizi politikay\u0131 devreye almak \u00fczere 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u015eubat ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanan Temiz Sanayi Mutabakat\u0131 ve mart ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanan Otomotiv Sanayi Eylem Plan\u0131 ard\u0131ndan d\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klanan Otomotiv Paketi, AB\u2019nin bu konudaki istikrarl\u0131 duru\u015funun bir g\u00f6stergesi oldu. G\u00fcmr\u00fck Birli\u011fi&#039;nin 30 y\u0131la yak\u0131n s\u00fcredir geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi AB ile T\u00fcrkiye aras\u0131ndaki kuvvetli entegrasyon ile t\u00fcm tedarik zinciri y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda. Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 kazan\u00e7 ili\u015fkisi ile bug\u00fcnlere gelen kuvvetli ticaret ili\u015fkisi sonucunda, AB\u2019nin ara\u00e7 ithalat\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye 2. ara\u00e7 ihracat\u0131nda ise 3. s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Tamamlanm\u0131\u015f ara\u00e7 ticaretinin \u00f6tesinde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 tedarik sanayi ticaretinde de y\u00fcksek bir hacim ve denge s\u00f6z konusu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla AB\u2019de a\u00e7\u0131klanan politikalar otomotiv sanayimiz ve ekonomimiz i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">OSD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Eroldu, bir s\u00fcredir dikkat \u00e7ekmekte olduklar\u0131 \u201cMade in EU\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Otomotiv Paketi\u2019nde emisyon azalt\u0131m hedefleri, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u00fcretimi ve sat\u0131\u015f\u0131, kurumsal ara\u00e7 filolar\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmesi gibi bir\u00e7ok te\u015fvik alan\u0131nda \u00f6n ko\u015ful olarak vurgulanmas\u0131ndan endi\u015fe duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, \u201cAvrupa Komisyonu, AB otomobil pazar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 60, hafif ticari ara\u00e7 pazar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan Kurumsal Ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in s\u0131f\u0131r veya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonlu, \u2018AB\u2019de \u00dcretilmi\u015f\u2019 ara\u00e7lara y\u00f6nelik \u00f6zel mali te\u015fvikler planlamak niyetini net olarak ortaya koymu\u015f durumda. Burada \u2018AB\u2019de \u00dcretilmi\u015f\u2019 tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ne olaca\u011f\u0131 kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
