\u00c7in Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan bug\u00fcn yay\u0131mlanan 2025\/81 say\u0131l\u0131 duyuruya g\u00f6re, ABD, G\u00fcney Kore ve AB\u2019den ithal edilen EPDM kau\u00e7uklara uygulanan ve s\u00fcresi yak\u0131nda dolacak olan mevcut anti-damping \u00f6nlemleri i\u00e7in yeni bir soru\u015fturma s\u00fcreci ba\u015flat\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
\u00c7in Halk Cumhuriyeti Anti-damping Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi'nin 48. maddesine uygun olarak, 20 Aral\u0131k 2025\u2019te ba\u015flat\u0131lacak soru\u015fturma s\u00fcrecinde ABD, G\u00fcney Kore ve AB men\u015feli EPDM kau\u00e7uklara y\u00f6nelik, bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan 2020\/60 say\u0131l\u0131 duyurusunda belirlenen kapsam ve vergi oranlar\u0131nda anti-damping vergisi uygulamas\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n
\u00c7in Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 18 Aral\u0131k 2020 tarihinde yay\u0131mlanan 2020\/60 say\u0131l\u0131 duyuruyla ABD, G\u00fcney Kore ve AB men\u015feli EPDM kau\u00e7uklara anti-damping vergisi uygulanmas\u0131na karar vermi\u015fti. Bu karar uyar\u0131nca \u00c7in, 20 Aral\u0131k 2020 tarihinden itibaren, ABD\u2019den ithal edilen EPDM kau\u00e7uklara y\u00fczde\u00a0214,9 \u2013 y\u00fczde 222,0, G\u00fcney Kore\u2019den gelen EPDM kau\u00e7uklara\u00a0y\u00fczde 12,5 \u2013 y\u00fczde 24,5 ve AB men\u015feli EPDM kau\u00e7uklara da y\u00fczde 14,7 \u2013 y\u00fczde 31,7 oranlar\u0131nda, be\u015f y\u0131l ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere anti-damping vergileri uygulamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
