BMD Ara\u015ft\u0131rma'n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmesinde, bankalar\u0131n TL mevduat i\u00e7in uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 faiz oran\u0131n\u0131n\u00a012 Aral\u0131k haftas\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki haftaya g\u00f6re 92 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 45,96 olurken, dolar mevduat faizi 2 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 1,64 ve Euro mevduat faizi 8 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 0,97 oldu\u011fu belirtildi. De\u011ferlendirmede ayr\u0131ca \u015fu bilgiler verildi:<\/p>\n

“TL bazl\u0131 ticari kredilerin faiz oran\u0131 ise ayn\u0131 haftada bir \u00f6nceki haftaya g\u00f6re 402 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 50,55 oldu. TL bazl\u0131 konut kredi faizleri 12 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 37,63; ta\u015f\u0131t kredi faizleri 50 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 33,62 ve ihtiya\u00e7 kredi faizleri 668 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 57,89 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti<\/p>\n

Dolar bazl\u0131 ticari kredilerin faiz oran\u0131 ayn\u0131 haftada 49 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 6,90 olurken, Euro bazl\u0131 ticari kredilerin faiz oran\u0131 14 baz puan azal\u0131\u015fla y\u00fczde 5,97 oldu.<\/p>\n

Ticari kredilere uygulanan mevduat spreadi TL i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 4,59 olurken, Dolar ve Euro i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 5,26 ve y\u00fczde 5,00 oldu. TL ticari kredilerdeki mevduat spreadi dolar ve euro kredilerine uygulanan spreadin alt\u0131na indi.”<\/p>\n
