Genel kurulda onaylanan geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n B maddesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Geri al\u0131ma konu olabilecek azami pay miktar\u0131 olarak belirlenen 49.400.000 adet \u015firketimizin geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamamak ad\u0131na yasal mevzuat\u0131n (sermayenin y\u00fczde 10&#039;u) izin verdi\u011fi en y\u00fcksek tutar olacak \u015fekilde belirlenmi\u015ftir.
