Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde, \u201cki\u015finin kendisini kamu g\u00f6revlisi, banka, sigorta veya kredi kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olarak tan\u0131tmas\u0131 veya bu kurumlarla ili\u015fki oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek suretiyle doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k\u201d su\u00e7undan 3 y\u0131l 4 ay kesinle\u015fmi\u015f hapis cezas\u0131 bulunan \u00dc.Y. (E\/38) yakaland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yakalanan \u015fah\u0131s, i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan Rize Kalkandere L Tipi Kapal\u0131 Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumu\u2019na teslim edildi.<\/p>\n
