Denetimler s\u0131ras\u0131nda i\u015fletmelerin ruhsat ve STK belgeleri, g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin saklama ko\u015fullar\u0131, mutfak ve haz\u0131rl\u0131k alanlar\u0131n\u0131n temizli\u011fi, kullan\u0131lan ekipmanlar\u0131n hijyen durumu ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personelin ki\u015fisel temizlik kurallar\u0131na uygunlu\u011fu incelendi.<\/p>\n
