Hastaya tru-cut biyopsi uyguland\u0131 ve patoloji sonu\u00e7lar\u0131nda \u201cDev H\u00fccreli (Giant Cell) T\u00fcm\u00f6r\u201d tan\u0131s\u0131 konuldu. Bu t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda nadir g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve genellikle 30\u2019lu ya\u015flarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. Hastada ise her iki dizde birden g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn agresif yap\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak hastaya cerrahi m\u00fcdahale uyguland\u0131. Ameliyatta t\u00fcm\u00f6r dokusu tamamen \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131, t\u00fcm\u00f6r duvarlar\u0131 koterize edildi ve olu\u015fan kemik defekti sement yard\u0131m\u0131yla rekonstr\u00fckte edildi.<\/p>\n
