T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki konutlar\u0131n kalite etkisinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimlerini izlemek amac\u0131yla hesaplanan Konut Fiyat Endeksi (KFE) (2023=100), 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 2,7 artarak 204,2 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n
Bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 31,4 artan KFE, ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde reel olarak y\u00fczde 0,3 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n
2025 y\u0131l\u0131 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019de bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re, s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 2,5, 3,0 ve 2,4 oranlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlendi. Endeks de\u011ferleri bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019de s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 31,7, 37,9 ve 31,6 oranlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n
\u0130statistiki B\u00f6lge Birimleri S\u0131n\u0131flamas\u0131na g\u00f6re b\u00f6lgelerin y\u0131ll\u0131k konut fiyat endeksi de\u011fi\u015fimleri incelendi\u011finde, Kas\u0131m 2025 d\u00f6neminde en y\u00fcksek y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 40,1 ile Bing\u00f6l, Elaz\u0131\u011f, Malatya, Tunceli, Van, Bitlis, Hakkari, Mu\u015f b\u00f6lgesinde, en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f ise y\u00fczde 21,9 ile Hatay, Kahramanmara\u015f, Osmaniye b\u00f6lgesinde g\u00f6zlendi.<\/p>\n
