Bu kapsamda, yasal yedek ak\u00e7eler ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kalan 72.934.253,96 TL tutar\u0131ndaki Hera Teknik Yap\u0131 A.\u015e kar\u0131 ile 117.470.765,83 TL tutar\u0131ndaki Ral Yap\u0131 M\u00fchendislik A.\u015e kar\u0131n\u0131n, \u015firketlerin tek pay sahibi olan Ral Yat\u0131r\u0131m Holding A.\u015e&#039;ye da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
