Kocatepe K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nde d\u00fczenlenen panelin moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc Prof. Dr. Yusuf Hala\u00e7o\u011flu \u00fcstlenirken, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bican Ercilasun, Prof. Dr. \u0130skender \u00d6ks\u00fcz ve \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i olarak da Prof. Dr. \u0130lber Ortayl\u0131 panele konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Panele; Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyeti, Kazakistan, K\u0131rg\u0131zistan, \u00d6zbekistan, T\u00fcrkmenistan, Azerbaycan ve Macaristan\u2019dan temsilciler, akademisyenler, T\u00fcrk topluluklar\u0131 ve federasyonlar\u0131n temsilcileri, dernekler, b\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ilik temsilcileri, il\u00e7e belediyeleri ile \u00e7ok say\u0131da davetli ve vatanda\u015f ilgi g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n
Panele \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i olarak kat\u0131lan Prof. Dr. \u0130lber Ortayl\u0131 T\u00fcrk dillerinin geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyaya yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir dil ailesi oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n
