style=\"text-align:justify\">Ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u015fehirlerin geli\u015fiminde temel unsur oldu\u011funu ifade eden Karatutlu, Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n as\u0131rlard\u0131r bu alanda ihmal edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n Akdeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde yer almas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu kimli\u011finin dahi kamuoyunda yeterince bilinmedi\u011fini dile getiren Karatutlu, \u015fehrin Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Dulkadiro\u011flu Beyli\u011fi\u2019ne ba\u015fkentlik yapm\u0131\u015f k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir merkez oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatarak, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon 200 bin n\u00fcfusa sahip Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n sanayi ve ticarette T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelen \u015fehirlerinden biri olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim ve \u00f6zellikle ula\u015f\u0131m yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda geri s\u0131ralarda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Adana\u2013Gaziantep Otoyolu\u2019nun 1980\u2019li y\u0131llarda Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019a \u00e7ok daha yak\u0131n bir g\u00fczergahtan ge\u00e7irilebilecekken tercih edilmedi\u011fini belirten Karatutlu, aradan ge\u00e7en 40 y\u0131la ve son 23 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar d\u00f6nemine ra\u011fmen hala kenti otoyola ba\u011flayan nitelikli bir ba\u011flant\u0131 yolunun yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n Do\u011fu Anadolu\u2019yu \u00c7ukurova\u2019ya ve Karadeniz\u2019i G\u00fcneydo\u011fu\u2019ya ba\u011flayan stratejik bir ge\u00e7i\u015f noktas\u0131 oldu\u011funa de\u011finen Karatutlu, bu g\u00fczergahlardan ge\u00e7en a\u011f\u0131r tonajl\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u015fehir merkezinden ge\u00e7mek zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00d6zellikle Pazarc\u0131k il\u00e7esinden ge\u00e7en t\u0131r ve kamyonlar\u0131n her y\u0131l can kay\u0131plar\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Karatutlu, yaln\u0131zca 8\u201310 kilometrelik Pazarc\u0131k \u00e7evre yolunun dahi yap\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131 sert s\u00f6zlerle ele\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Karatutlu, Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m sorunlar\u0131na kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmeye davet etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p
