''\u015eirketimiz esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin 'sermaye ve paylar' ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 7. maddesinde yer alan 2022 – 2026 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli 500.000.000 TL olan kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n 2025 – 2029 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere 7.500.000.000 TL'ye artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin tadili hususunda gerekli izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kuruluna (SPK), Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve ilgili di\u011fer kurumlara ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na, izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 takiben s\u00f6z konusu esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na oy birli\u011fiyle karar verilmi\u015ftir. Esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme tadili hususunda gerekli iznin al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 12 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihinde SPK'ya ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftur.''<\/p>\n
