Pehlivan, sunumlar\u0131nda 1999 depremlerinin ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de afet y\u00f6netimi alan\u0131nda at\u0131lan ad\u0131mlar\u0131, 2009\u2019da AFAD\u2019\u0131n kurulu\u015f s\u00fcrecini ve kriz y\u00f6netiminden risk y\u00f6netimi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fi anlatt\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin B\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik Afet Y\u00f6netim Sistemi, risk azaltma planlar\u0131 ile TARAP, TAMP ve TAS\u0130P gibi temel planlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na de\u011findi.<\/p>\n
AFAD\u2019\u0131n kurumsal kapasitesinde sa\u011flanan geli\u015fmeleri ve afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k konusunda hayata ge\u00e7irilen teknolojik imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 payla\u015fan Pehlivan, 6 \u015eubat 2023 depremlerinin ard\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n
Pehlivan, m\u00fclki idare amirlerinin afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k, m\u00fcdahale ve iyile\u015ftirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulayarak, afet fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik afet y\u00f6netiminin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n
Seminerin sonunda AFAD, e\u011fitimin t\u00fcm kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in faydal\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 dileyerek m\u00fclki idare amirlerine g\u00f6revlerinde ba\u015far\u0131 temennisinde bulundu.<\/p>\n
