D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6) K\u00fcresel A\u015f\u0131 G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Dan\u0131\u015fma Komitesi (GACVS) toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, tiyomersal i\u00e7eren a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n ASD ile ili\u015fkisi ve genel olarak a\u015f\u0131larla ASD aras\u0131ndaki iddialar detayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Ocak 2010 \u2013 A\u011fustos 2025 aras\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan 31 birincil ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan elde edilen verilerin, hem \u00e7ocukluk hem de gebelik d\u00f6neminde uygulanan a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli oldu\u011funu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fekilde destekledi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Komite ayr\u0131ca al\u00fcminyum adjuvan i\u00e7eren a\u015f\u0131larla ilgili 1999\u20132023 d\u00f6nemine ait bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve Danimarka\u2019da 1997\u20132018 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda do\u011fan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 kapsayan geni\u015f kohort analizini inceleyerek, a\u015f\u0131lardaki eser miktarda al\u00fcminyumun ASD ile bir ba\u011flant\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden kan\u0131tlar\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n
GACVS, de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda 2002, 2004 ve 2012 y\u0131llar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulgular\u0131 yeniden do\u011frulayarak, \u201ca\u015f\u0131lar \u2014 tiyomersal veya al\u00fcminyum i\u00e7ersin ya da i\u00e7ermesin \u2014 otizme neden olmaz\u201d mesaj\u0131n\u0131 yeniledi.<\/p>\n
DS\u00d6, \u00fclkelerin a\u015f\u0131 politikalar\u0131nda en g\u00fcncel bilime ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 a\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131n son 50 y\u0131lda en az 154 milyon hayat kurtard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131lama programlar\u0131n\u0131n toplum refah\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011findi.<\/p>\n
