Yerli m\u00fchendislerin i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131ndaki konumunu korumak amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan \u00fccret kriteri d\u00fczenlemesinin, piyasada olu\u015fabilecek haks\u0131z rekabeti \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik bir d\u00fczenleme oldu\u011fu belirtilirken, bu kriterin, T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislerin yabanc\u0131lardan daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maa\u015f almas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, yabanc\u0131 i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetle yerli m\u00fchendis aleyhine piyasay\u0131 bozmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
S\u00f6z konusu kriterin kalkmas\u0131 durumunda i\u015fverenlerin daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyet gerek\u00e7esiyle yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan m\u00fchendis teminine y\u00f6nelmesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale gelece\u011fi ve bu durum da yerli m\u00fchendislerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00fccret seviyelerini olumsuz etkileyebilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n
